Cookie Policy
Last updated: November 3, 2026
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies the dolirah.com website uses, why, and how you stay in control.
It complements the Dolirah Privacy Policy. It applies to the public dolirah.com website and its sign-up and log-in pages. It does not apply to the websites of client businesses built with Dolirah: those websites use no Dolirah advertising cookies.
1. Strictly necessary cookies
They make the website work and do not require your consent. They are never used for advertising.
- Dashboard log-in session and protection against cross-site request forgery (CSRF).
- The language chosen for the website.
- Remembering your choice about advertising cookies, so you are not asked again on every page.
2. First-party audience measurement
Dolirah measures traffic to its website with no third-party tool: a random pseudonymous identifier kept in the browser's storage, the pages viewed and where the visit came from (campaign parameters). It records neither IP addresses nor e-mail addresses, and it is turned off when the browser sends “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control”.
3. Advertising cookies (only with your consent)
With your consent, Dolirah uses the Meta pixel (Facebook, Instagram) and the TikTok pixel on /salon, /lien, the sign-up page and the subscription page.
Purposes: measuring how well our ads work (visits, sign-ups, first subscription) and showing them to people likely to be interested in Dolirah.
Data sent: the page address, technical data about the browser and device, the IP address (collected directly by Meta and TikTok) and Meta's and TikTok's cookies. Dolirah never sends them your name, e-mail address or phone number.
Recipients: Meta Platforms and TikTok, which may process this data outside Québec, including in the United States, under their own policies: facebook.com/privacy/policy and tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy.
Until you accept, none of these cookies is loaded and no data is sent to them.
4. Your choice
- On your first visit, a banner asks for your choice. “Decline” is as easy and as visible as “Accept”.
- If your browser sends the “Global Privacy Control” signal, it is treated as a refusal, with no banner.
- You can change your mind at any time with the “Manage cookies” link at the bottom of every page of the website. Withdrawing your consent immediately stops advertising cookies from loading.
- Your choice is kept in your browser until you change it. If this policy changes on an important point, you are asked again.
- You can also delete cookies from your browser settings.
5. Record of your choice
To show that advertising cookies are only used with consent, Dolirah keeps an anonymous record of each choice: accepted or declined, date, version of this policy, language, page and campaign source. This record contains no IP address, no identifier and nothing that could lead back to you.
This record is kept for three years, then deleted automatically.
